This is a simple recipe for making a nice delicate apple cake. The batter turns out like a sponge, and the more apples wiil make cake taste better!
You need to have:
1 cup flour (I used a whole wheat four)
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 large or more apples
You need to do:
Beat eggs and stir with a sugar until fully combined. The mixture should increase three times
Slowly enter into the mixture a cup of flour and baking powder. Mix well
Peel apples and cut into slices. Place the apples into the form
Fill it with the dough
Put it into the oven, preheated to 375 degrees. Bake Charlotte 35-40 minutes until golden brown
Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar
