I really love the fresh whole wheat bread with plenty of various seeds. Turns out to bake this bread is so easy. You need only a few vegan ingredients and one hour of free time.
You need to have:
1 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup almond milk
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp flaxseed
1 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 tbsp sunflower seeds
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
You need to do:
Preheat the oven to 400 F (about 200 C).
Mix whole wheat flour, wheat flour, oatmeal and seeds. Add baking soda and salt, mix well
Add the lemon juice in a bowl with almond milk. Stir well
Combine dry and liquid blends and knead a soft sticky dough
Shape the bread and put it in a baking form. Bake it for 40 minutes
Take your fresh flavored bread out from the oven, let it cool a little. Enjoy!
