Vegan Apple Pie

DSC_0068I love apple pies and already told here a few recipes, but here’s another one. At this time it will be a VEGAN apple pie.

You need to have:

  • 2 cups whole grain flour

  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

  • About 1/2 cup water

  • 3 apples

  • Cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, vanilla

Preheat the oven to 360 F (about 180 C).

Mix flour, sugar, spices and baking soda in a large bowl. Add oil and mix wellDSC_0034Pour cold water into the bowl.
