This banana bread is eggless and dairy-free, but it’s so good you’ll hardly notice the difference. And it is definitely one of my favorite recipes. You should try!
For a medium-sized banana bread you’ll need:
2 cups wheat flour
1 cup orange juice (or water)
2 ripe bananas
3-4 tbsp of vegetable oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
Raisins, nuts, cranberries, chocolate chips — whatever you like
1 tsp baking soda (+ 1/2 of lemon juice, if you use water instead of orange juice)
You need to do:
Preheat oven to 370 F (190 C).
Mash the bananas
Add the sugar. Mix
Then add the orange juice, vegetable oil and raisins (nuts, whatever). Mix well
Mix the flour with soda and gradually pour in the mixture. Put the dough into the baking form and bake for about an hour
Let it cool slightly. And enjoy your perfect tender and delicious banana bread!
