I have a new fantastic baking recipe for you. Hard to believe but these delicious cookies are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, grain-free, flourless and contain no refined sugar.
To make these cookies you need:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup quick rolled oats
1/2 cup raisins
some mini-chocolate chips
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
You need to do:
Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C).
Add peanut butter, maple syrup, oats, salt, baking powder and cinnamon to a bowl and stir until well combined
Add raisins. Mix well
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and scoop out about a tablespoon at a time and drop in onto the parchment paper. Add some chocolate chips
Bake your cookies about 12 – 15 minutes, or until they become golden on top.
Let them cool completely before removing from the pan and enjoy your vegan peanut butter chocolate chip oatmeal cookies!
