For fast preparation appetizers you can use cream cheese, cottage cheese or ricotta.As a base can be taken any bread, crackers, toasts (bruschetta, crostini). For instance, I prefer crispy Croccantini. Also, you’ll need salt, seasonings (rosemary, dill, parsley, sage, sesame, black pepper) and you can use fresh herbs.
