Vegan Blueberry Apple Oat Crisp

DSC_0010This vegan lazy girl’s crisp is perfect for breakfast. It’s rustic and fuss-free and utilizes fresh or frozen fruit, whatever you happen to have on hand. I like it with some blueberries and apple but it’s also tasty with rhubarb and raspberry.

For Vegan Blueberry Apple Oat Crisp you’ll need:

  • 1/3 cup blueberries

  • 1 apple peeled, cored, and cut

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

  • some nuts (on your choice)

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil or vegan butter

How to make:

Preheat oven to 375 F (180 C).

Grind the nuts. Combine oats, nuts, maple syrup and oil (or vegan butter)DSC_0003

Simple Apple Charlotte

This is a simple recipe for making a nice delicate apple cake. The batter turns out like a sponge, and the more apples wiil make cake taste better!

You need to have:

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup flour (I used a whole wheat four)

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 1 large or more apples

You need to do:

Beat eggs and stir with a sugar until fully combined. The mixture should increase three times

Slowly enter into the mixture a cup of flour and baking powder. Mix well

Peel apples and cut into slices. Place the apples into the form

Fill it with the dough

Put it into the oven, preheated to 375 degrees. Bake Charlotte 35-40 minutes until golden brown

Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar

Apple pie with cinnamon

Apple pie is the most simple and delicious dessert in the world. There are thousands of recipes for pie, and I offer you one more.


For dough:

  • butter – 1 and 1/3 cups

  • sour cream – 0.5 cups

  • flour – 1-2 cups

For filling:

  • sour cream – 1 cup

  • sugar – 1 cup

  • egg – 1 pc

  • vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon

  • flour – 2 tablespoons

And of course one big apple and spoon of cinnamon


To make dough:

Melt butter and mix it with sour creamAdd the flour, mix well and knead the dough. The finished dough spread in a baking dish, up sidesPreheat the oven to 375 degrees. Peel and core the apple and slice it on the doughSprinkle apples with cinnamon

To make filling:

Put the sour cream in a bowl, add sugar and mix wellLightly whisk the egg and add to mixtureGradually add flour, mix wellPour filling into the pie and put it in the ovenBake pie about 50 minutesReady pie can be served hot or cold and it is very, very, very yummy!
