Orange Cake

To bake one medium-sized cake you need to have:

  • 10 tbsp wheat flour

  • 1 cup orange juice

  • 8 tbsp sugar

  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil

  • About 1 tbsp orange zest

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¾ tsp salt

  • Also you can put some candied fruits inside your cake

Preheat oven to 355 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and zest in a large bowlDSC_0013

Chocolate Coconut Vegan Cake

You need to have:

  • 2 cups wheat flour (rice flour is also good)

  • 2 cups coconut milk

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 5 tbsp cacao

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 2-3 tbsp chocolate chips

  • 2-3 tbsp raisins

  • Vegetable oil for greasing the form

For icing:

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 4 tsp cocoa powder

  • 3-4 tbsp sugar

You need to do:

Preheat oven to 360 F (180 С).

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and cocoa in a bowlDSC_0001

Make the icing:
