Chicken Lasagna with pasta

DSC_0076Very yummy and easy to make Chicken Lasagna. It has the same great taste as classic lasagna but you don’t have to mess with the difficult lasagna noodles.

You need to have:

  • 1/2 pound pasta

  • 2 chicken breasts

  • 1 onion

  • tomato pasta sauce

  • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheeseDSC_0051

You need to do:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking dish. Cook pasta.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chicken breasts with onionDSC_0046

In the prepared dish layer put pasta and chickenDSC_0056

Add pasta sauce and top with ParmesanDSC_0061

One Pot Chicken & Potatoes

Let’s bake some chicken with potatoes in a sour cream and mustard sauce! It is hearty and tasty meal and you spend quite a bit of time and effort for it!

You need to have:

  • 2-3 Boneless Chicken Breasts

  • 5-6 Potatoes

  • 1 Garlic

  • 1 cup Sour Cream

  • 2 tbsp Mustard

  • Salt, Pepper, Seasonings

You need to do:

Peel the potatoes and garlic. Cut the potatoes and chicken in pieces

Chop the garlic. Mix sour cream, mustard and garlic pieces. Add salt, pepper and seasonings

Put the potatoes and chicken on a baking sheet. Pour the sour cream and mustard sauce. Leave to marinate for one hour

Preheat oven to 375F. Put baking sheet into the oven for 60-80 minutes

Remove from the oven and serve right away in the warm serving plate

Stew with chicken

Here’s a great summer recipe Chicken Stew! Well it could be not only for summer but you try and decide!

You need to have:

  • Chicken breast boneless

  • 5-6 potatoes

  • 1-2 carrots

  • Brussels sprouts

  • 4-5 tbsp. olive oil

  • Salt and spices

You need to do:

Peel potatoes and carrots. Cut vegetables and chicken into pieces

In a large pot cook chicken and carrots in oil over medium heat. Add salt and spices

Stir potatoes, add salt

Then pour water in a pot and reduce heat

After twenty minutes stir sprouts

Let stew cooked until ready, add salt and spices if needed

Carefully stew is hot, but it is also so tasty!
