Chocolate Crinkles

dsc_0009Let’s bake some chocolate crinkle cookies! They are so delicious, soft, moist, chewy and fudge-like on the inside, and slightly crisp on the outside. Well, they are just incredibly good! And there’s some kind of magic in these delightful cracks.

To make chocolate crinkles you need:

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3-4 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 3-4 tbsp powdered sugar

You need to do:

downloadsMix the cocoa powder, sugar, and vegetable oil in a bowl. Add eggs, then stir in the vanilla. In another bowl combine the flour, baking powder and salt.

Stir flour mixture into the cocoa mixture. Cover dough bowl with plastic wrap, put in refrigerator, and chill for 4 hours.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 C).

Roll the dough into one inch balls. Coat each ball in powdered sugar before placing onto parchment-lined cookie sheets.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Let the cookies cool and then enjoy!dsc_0009dsc_0003

Vegan Gluten Free Brownies

DSC_0016 copyEveryone loves brownies. Well, almost everyone. There are many recipes for brownies, and today I’ll show you another one. Vegan? Yes. Gluten Free? Yes. Sweet chocolate yummy brownies? Oh yeah!

You need to have:

  • 3 tbsp coconut flour

  • 6 tbsp sugar

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder or baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 10 tbsp coffee (or water)

  • 1 tsp vegan gelatin

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1 tsp stevia extract

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp chopped chocolate (melted)

You need to do:

Preheat oven to 170 degrees (325 F).

Pour the coffee (or water) into another bowl, add vegan gelatin. Leave for 5 minutesDSC_0003

Chocolate Coconut Vegan Cake

DSC_0026 copyAnother vegan recipe. This time it’s yummy chocolate cake. You will love it!

You need to have:

  • 2 cups wheat flour (rice flour is also good)

  • 2 cups coconut milk

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 5 tbsp cacao

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 2-3 tbsp chocolate chips

  • 2-3 tbsp raisins

  • Vegetable oil for greasing the form

For icing:

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 4 tsp cocoa powder

  • 3-4 tbsp sugar

You need to do:

Preheat oven to 360 F (180 С).

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and cocoa in a bowlDSC_0001

Slightly heat the coconut milk and add to the bowl. Mix wellDSC_0004

Make the icing:
