Eggs in avocado

This morning I cooked a very unusual and nutritious breakfast. The result was delicious and beautiful! So I recommend you try it.
You need to have:

  • 1 big avocado

  • 2 eggs

  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes

  • Salt, pepper

  • Basil leaves (you can take any other greens)

You need to do:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Slice the avocado in half, take out the pit. Scoop out about two tablespoons of flesh from the center of the avocado.

Place the avocado in a small baking dish. Crack an egg into each avocado half. Add salt and pepper. Put tomato halves and sprinkle the basil

Place in the oven and bake about 20 minutes

Remove from oven, let a little cool and enjoy your rich of omega-3s breakfast!

Crumbly omelette with kale

Crumbly omelet is my favorite kind of breakfast. It is nourishing and gentle, and if you add to it little bit kale krunch your omelette becomes even more tasty and healthy. So for cooking crumbly omelette with kale.

You need to have:

  • 2-3 eggs

  • 2-3 tbsp sour cream

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1-2 tsp shredded kale krunch (or chips)

  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil

Heat up a frying pan. Break the eggs into a bowl Add sour cream and gently mixAdd salt and pepper, mix all til the liquid massPour oil into the pan and then pour the omeletteLeave it to prepare for 2 minutes, then pour kale and reduce heat to minimumAfter another 1 minute mix up your omelette several times

That’s it! You can start to your breakfast. Cooking took only 10 minutes but this omelette is so delicious!
