Whole Roasted Cauliflower

DSC_0015An entire head of cauliflower roasted with garlic, paprika and Parmesan is not only taste delicious it is also look fabulous. And make the whole roasted cauliflower is quite easy.

You need to have:

  • 1 large head cauliflower, leaves trimmed

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1-2 chopped garlic cloves

  • 1 tsp sweet paprika

  • Salt

  • 2 tbsp grated ParmesanDSC_0002

You need to do:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Mix olive oil with grated garlicDSC_0004Brush olive oil mixture over the entire cauliflowerDSC_0006Sprinkle with salt, paprika and grated ParmesanDSC_0010Roast cauliflower in the preheated oven until tender 60 to 80 minutes. Eggplant appetizer

This recipe is very simple, but you should use a trick to get rid of the eggplant’s bitterness.You need to have:

  • Eggplant – 1 large or few small

  • Salt, seasonings

  • Parmesan

You need to do:

Cut eggplant into slices

Salt each slice and leave for a couple hours in a sealed container

Rinse eggplant. Along with the water bitterness and salt leave the eggplant 

Put eggplant slices into the baking sheet, sprinkle seasonings and grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C)

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes

Eggplant slices are ready! They are delicious hot or cold!
