Quick appetizers

It happens you have to cook something for a snack very quickly. Do not panic! Look, if you have a bit cottage cheese and crackers? For fast preparation appetizers you can use cream cheese, cottage cheese or ricotta. As a base can be taken any bread, crackers, toasts (bruschetta, crostini). For instance, I prefer crispy Croccantini. Also, you’ll need salt, seasonings (rosemary, dill, parsley, sage, sesame, black pepper) and you can use fresh herbs.

All is very simple. Mix thoroughly cheese with salt. Then add the seasonings and mix well again. After that, you can serve separately cheese with crackers or spread slices and put them on a plate as appetizers.

Bon appetit! These appetizers are very quick in cooking and eating.
